Privacy

Education4Life recognizes the importance of keeping personal information private.  Therefore, we do not provide any of your information to companies or organizations.

24 Hour Appointment Cancellation or Change Policy

If clients need to cancel or change a tutoring appointment, they must provide 24 hour notice or else Education4Life reserves the right to charge the client the full amount for that session.

Scheduling

Date, time, and location of a tutoring appointment is determined by the client and the tutor.

Late Tutors

If a tutor is more than 20 minutes late for an appointment, the client reserves the right to receive a 50% refund for that session.  If a tutor is more than 40 minutes late for an appointment, the client reservces the right to receive a 100% refund for that session.

Guardian Presence

If the tutoring appointment is conducted in a student's home, a legal guardian must be present for the duration of the appointment.  If that is not possible, the session should be held in a public location such as a local library, coffee shop, or apartment building common area.

Appointment Location

Scheduled tutoring sessions typically take place at your local library.  However, sometimes tutoring sessions take place in a student's home or at a coffee shop or other public location.

Score Increase Guarantee

Education4Life offers no score increase guarantee, however, most student's scores increase somewhere between 150-300 points.

Cash, checks, and Credit Cards are accepted.  If paying by credit card, please use the portal on our website.
